Please note bookings can only be made on the official booking form below.
All boxes on the form should be completed.
If you are reserving a double room with a friend please indicate both names.
If you are booking for more than one person you must complete one form per person i.e. 1 double and 1 Single room and/or if you have been asked by someone to book for them using your credit card, fill out the form with the name of the guest and print by hand underneath the credit card number box; "credit card in the name of (your name)"
Even if you are only booking for the dinner, please indicate your name and contact details on the top of the form as well as your credit card details.
If you are local to Nice and wish to book directly with the Hotel Park you will need to take a completed form with you to the hotel so that they can allocate the reservation to our Convention.

The Boscolo Hotel Park
Located in the heart of Nice, this very pleasant hotel with its spacious conference centre and comfortable hotel accommodation, is ideally situated for our convention requirements. It is only a 15-minute drive by shuttle bus or taxi from Nice International Airport and a 10-minute walk from Nice Railway Station. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, cable TV, internet connection. There is a secure lock-up garage for cars. The hotel is right in the main shopping district with great boutiques and department stores nearby, while a 10-minute walk takes you to the historic Old Town of Nice with its famous daily flower market and Monday morning antique market.
